RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

VIPER WORLD will accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Buyer will need to make contact with VIPER WORLD prior to returning the product.

Product must be returned unopened and in its original packaging.

Buyer will need to make contact with VIPER WORLD prior to returning product within 28 days of receiving their order in line with consumer law.

VIPER WORLD does not accept returns on cleaners of any kind.

VIPER WORLD will provide the customer with a returns address when requested.

VIPER WORLD will not cover the cost of returns unless they deem it to be a valid reason, for example the customer not at fault.

VIPER WORLD process refunds on returned product within 5 days of receiving the returned unopened goods

*We are only able to accept returns on unopened merchandise, we are unable to accept returns on mugs due to hygiene reasons

SPECIFIC TERMS REGARDING DELIVERY

All product is shipped via next day delivery courier, please allow 48 hours for your delivery to arrive to allow for delays.

To qualify for next day delivery you will need to submit an online order by no later than 10:00am Monday to Thursday.

Orders made on Fridays and at the weekend will not be processed or shipped until the following Monday.
Orders are securely packed in Cardboard boxes.
You MUST be in on your delivery day, we are unable to specify times with the courier provider.
We will not be liable for any losses if you miss your delivery, confirmation of delivery attempts are always available to us.
