How much is shipping?
We ship all over the UK via DHL couriers.
Next day shipping:
£7.99 for up to 25kg (1-5 blocks of substrate)
£14.99 for up to 50kg (5-10 blocks of substrate)
£24.99 for 10-20 blocks
For bulk orders of substrate please make contact with us prior to ordering for a shipping quote.
Tracking numbers will be provided by both us and DHL.

Where is my order? I haven't received it!
Orders are shipped Monday - Friday.
Any order received after 10am on Fridays are not shipped until the following Monday for next day delivery.
Please allow up to 48 hours for your parcel to arrive before making contact with us to assist in chasing the courier.
Can I collect my order from Viper World?
Sure!

Click collection at checkout and wait for us to email you with confirmation that your order is ready for collection!

What if I am not satisfied with VIPER WORLD?
We have every confidence you will be satisfied with Viper products, however should you need assistance with any queries please reach out to us via the contact form on our dedicated contact page.
We aim to respond within 3-5 working days.
Should you wish to return Viper bedding, buyer will need to make contact with VIPER WORLD prior to returning product within 28 days of receiving their order in line with consumer law.
Please note, we only accept returns on unopened product and in its original packaging.
